I started with my organization in November, 2021 and our benefit policy year renews 3/1/22. For the last 2-3 months, Suzanne, my staff member, and I have been in the weeds with our policy renewal and preparation for Open Enrollment. We’ve had to recalibrate and adjust a lot of things related to benefits during the last few months. Suzanne has been extremely patient, helpful, knowledgeable, and competent with each topic that we have addressed. It has led us to having a successful Open Enrollment as well as positive momentum for our new plan year.
I recognize that we’ve asked Suzanne to have a lot of phone calls, meetings, and emails during this process. She has delivered high-level customer service and a necessary ‘calm’ throughout.
In short, we could not have done what we needed to do without Suzanne.
